Untuk membantu memperoleh keterampilan ini, Sistem Pelatihan MZM-1006-Pumps membiasakan siswa dengan tugas-tugas pemeliharaan seperti instalasi pompa, pelumasan, pelurusan poros, inspeksi, dan penggantian komponen. Siswa juga akan belajar cara memulai, mengoperasikan, dan memecahkan masalah pompa industri dalam berbagai konfigurasi. Selain itu, selama kegiatan praktik, mereka akan menemukan dampak pembatasan katup, injeksi udara, dan NPSH pada efisiensi pompa dengan menggunakan katup kavitasi, katup beban, dan dua reservoir air yang berbeda.
Untuk memvariasikan kecepatan pompa yang digerakkan motor, penggerak AC 3 fase terbaru disertakan dengan pelatih. Koneksi listrik yang mudah antara drive dan motor dapat dicapai dengan menggunakan jack pisang di panel depan. Jika keterampilan pengkabelan harus diperoleh, blok terminal juga disediakan untuk metode pengkabelan yang lebih realistis. Kontrol dan konfigurasi drive dapat diselesaikan secara langsung pada drive itu sendiri atau menggunakan perangkat lunak komputer (opsi).
Modularitas sistem memungkinkan pemilihan model yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi tujuan pelatihan. Courseware MZM-1006 yang menyertai berkorelasi dengan tujuan pemeliharaan untuk memaksimalkan efisiensi pendidikan.
